Raymond McNulty – Honorary Board Member

Raymond McNulty is the Comissioner of Education for the state of Vermont . He was Superintendent of Schools, for Windham Southeast Supervisory Union, Brattleboro, Vt from 1990-2002. He is President of the Vermont Superintendents Association and a Trustee. He is President of the Vermont Superintendents Association and a Trustee. He is on the Advisory Board of Brown University Education Alliance/NESLC, Vermont , State Board of Education Special Education Fiscal Review Panel and the Vermont State Board of Education Special Education Fiscal Review Panel. He was a Presenter at the 1998 Society for Information Technology and Teacher Education, Washington D.C. “Preparing Teacher Leaders for a World On-Line. He was a invited Participant, at the 9th Annual Claiborne Pell Policy Seminar in 1999. Recipient of the Frederick H. Tuttle Service Award, Vermont Superintendent of the year, May 2000. He has a BS from Bridegwater State College 1973, a M.Ed Administration Johnson State College 19777 and from the University of Vermont, C.A.S in Administration 1983. In 1996 he attended UCLA Anderson School of Business, Early Education.
